Refund Policy

Our services involve custom digital work, specialist labour, allocated resources, and immediate commencement of design, development, or marketing activity. Because this work cannot be returned or resold once started or delivered, refunds are not available.

Deposits secure your project slot and cover planning, discovery, and resource allocation. Milestone payments cover work completed during each project phase. All such payments are strictly non-refundable, even if you change your mind, cancel, or fail to provide required materials.

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you within the revision scope defined in your project agreement. Revisions are the appropriate remedy — not refunds. Additional revisions outside agreed scope may be billed separately.

You may request cancellation in writing, but cancellation does not entitle you to any refund. You remain liable for all fees for work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds is a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks, suspend work, withhold deliverables, and pursue recovery of costs where permitted by law.

We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, goodwill refunds, or exceptions for delays, change of mind, unused services, or dissatisfaction after delivery. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accept this policy in full.

Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, those rights remain unaffected. Otherwise, this no-refund policy applies in full.

Please review your proposal, scope, pricing, and delivery timeline carefully before payment. Contact us with any questions at the enquiry stage. Once payment is made, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
