FastDLab provides digital design, web development, app development, software development, SEO, and digital marketing services. Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals, quotes, or signed project agreements.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required assets, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing information or late responses may affect delivery dates and are not grounds for cancellation refunds.

Fees, deposits, and milestone payments are due as stated in your project agreement. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are late. All prices are agreed upfront unless additional scope is formally approved in writing.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We operate a strict no-refund policy. This includes deposits, milestone payments, rush fees, and final balances. Please read our Refund Policy for full details before placing an order.

Revision rounds are included as specified in your project agreement. We work diligently to meet agreed specifications, but dissatisfaction alone does not entitle you to a refund. Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra fees.

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables as defined in your project agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, templates, and general methodologies used to deliver the work.

You must not misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content unlawfully, or using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Projects may rely on third-party hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, or platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, licensing issues, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our control.

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the written agreement. If you terminate early, all work completed to date remains payable and no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
